I liked nothing. I have never stay at a hotel with no windows. That is BAD! The window had an opaque glass where you could not see outside. Because of that it felt like a jail or a lock up room . There was no place to eat at the hotel. That is bad! The plaça was under construction/remodeling I will never stay there again Active construction going on, that’s not good. The small refrigerator was broken

There is a nightclub in the 9th floor of this property and at night all you can hear is the music from your room. I was on 3rd floor and can still hear it. Plus at night there is no parking given the club upstairs. No dedicated space for hotel guest parking.

Waited over 4 hours for my room. I got stuck in the elevator. The electricity when out twice! Water pressure was weak. The WiFi was down for a few hours and repairs were being completed night and day!

What I did not like is that the property management has no consideration for their staff. They treat them like crap even for things that they didn't have anything to do. Curtains in my bedroom were dirty and stained and the toilet and shower leaked lots of water. I reported the issue to the hotel but nobody came to fix the issue. I stayed 3 nights.

The property was great, i have a wonderful time they have a vivid casino club if you are looking for fun time in the capital this is the place. Great location friendly staff. Definitely i will bok again if im staying in the capital.
