I wasn’t impressed with the cleaning quality of my room until meeting Silvania, one of the cleaning ladies. She cleaned my room throughly removing all the dust bunnies from under the beds and dusting the entire room. Finally my allergies got better and my cold was gone. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The restaurant has a limited menu and the food is average. There need to be more options of restaurants.

Clean room, old bathroom and thin walls between bese ron. I could hear others talking next room. No mats at the gym and little space between equipment. Good restaurant, fooos ese very good, staff not very friendly.

The hotel itself is quite decent, with a good location and comfortable conditions. However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. First, it’s a large establishment, and when I checked in, only one receptionist was on duty, so the process took a surprisingly long time. Second, the room rate wasn’t cheap. Although I received a complimentary soft drink, only two bottles of water were provided for free—the rest came at an extra cost. I find it particularly frustrating when a relatively expensive hotel charges for water. It feels like a low-cost airline approach. What’s next—charging for the air we breathe? Water is as basic as air.

It’s not even hotel. It’s like condo but bathrooms are very old. First day the water was coming out of the shower so they changed our room and we had to pack and unpack again and wasted some time . Not many things around to do. Good for few days business meeeting maybe but won’t recommend for a family.

Só tem dois elevadores minúsculos, sendo que um esteve quebrado durante toda a minha estadia (4 dias). Esse único elevador não dava conta da demanda dos hóspedes, que tiveram que utilizar as escadas mesmo em andares altos. Para ter acesso a melhor internet vc é obrigado a se cadastrar no programa do hotel. Mesmo assim, a internet estava falha em um dos dias. Está longe de ser 4 estrelas.

Time for the hotel to change the pillows

Good hotel, great location and staff, amazing breakfast BUT it needs improvement. The pillows were way too thin and passed their expiry date probably - time to change it for something more firm and thick! Even using multiple pillows, still got a bad neck and reflux. And the internet login is a process from hell. Horrible user friendliness. Do better, Accor!

We checked in to our two bedroom family suite and noticed one of the toilets was not working, and that the shower box was leaking water. We complained and were changed to another room, where the same problems persisted - toilets not working and shower box leaking water. The room was unacceptably dirty. Among the worst hotels I’ve stayed. I’m honestly surprised that Accor would accept this under their brand name.
