Super helpful English speaking host. Very smart hotel. Sapri is gorgeous and the hotel has prime location. Recommend

Struttura proprio di fronte al lungomare ed alla spiaggia. Spazi esterni curati e confortevoli. Personale disponibile e competente. Colazione ottima.

Has a great location but i wouldn't visit except in high season. Restaurant closed, except breakfast buffet, bar closed, a/c closed.

I stayed for one night. Man at the reception was very stoic, somewhat robotic. Maybe that was his character, then he chose wrong profession. Next morning, , there was not any egg at breakfast buffet, so I asked staff for fried egg and got it without any comment but waited for almost 20 minutes. When I was checking out same staff who was there when I checked in told me he would not charge for egg even though it was specially ordered because I asked them before 7:30 AM. I could not believe what I was hearing but I did not say anything because I just wanted to leave. One of the worst experience I had in my travel history. By the way, he helped to carry luggage to my car, though. Just to be fair.

Dear guest, offending a hotel employee doesn't do you any credit. In 16 years I work in this Hotel I have never seen so much insistence in asking to cook in the room (absolutely forbidden). I have recommended you many restaurants (very close to the hotel) and you complained that at 5pm they were closed. It was enough to wait 2 hours. Did you know that breakfast was at 7:30 a.m but you entered early at 7:15 a.m. (in other hotels you find the doors closed if you enter early) and you asked for eggs to be prepared for you (which we cooked from 7:30 and served after 5 minutes). You went back up and judging by your disappointment (sometimes the looks are very expressive, but unlike your self I always prefer to chirite) I reminded you of the breakfast times and I made you the kindness that the eggs (extra service) were not charged and that the wait would be 5 minutes if you sat at 7:30 a.m. Despite your insolent laughter on the eggs, I, the robotic, took the bags and brought them to you in the car. This for professional duty but believe me, not for pleasure, I tell you in all honesty. Learn to be more humble.

Mycket prisvärt otrevligt hotell i Sapri

Mycket trevligt hotell och läge. Stora fina ljusa rum m balkong. Hårda sängar ett minus, även svajigt Wi-fi som inte fungerade på rummet. Annars trevlig personal och bra frukost.

Pour : Good location. Nice rooms and a good breakfast
Contre : Parking appeared limited particularly if it was very busy.
Emplacement : Located right on the beach and near to restaurants and shops etc.
The hotel was easy to find and the location right on the beach front was excellent. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The resident dog was a nice touch.
