Amazing people

Incredible customer service, we even had forgotten an expensive diamond necklace and panicked when we realized about an hours’ drive away. The reception found the necklace and kept it safe for our return. Great experience in every way and bless their hearts for securing this important piece for us.

No blackout curtains. Light from outdoor lamps shine in as does the early morning sun. Room was neat and clean but obviously well worn and old.

The motel was in need of updates. Everything looked like it was cheap when new and no longer new.

Wifi kept dropping. A/C is very noisy. Toilet took 5 minutes to fill up. Room was very musty. However, the location is convenient for many activities. The are in the middle of a renovation so maybe some of these issues will be resolved.

Off to the races

We were very pleased with our stay at Comfort Inn at Saratoga Springs. The cost was reasonable, considering it was the heart of racing season. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. The desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Fortunately/unfortunately, they were in the middle of a large renovation. Although this had no effect on our room, the surrounding vacant rooms were mid renovation. I am sure it will be beautiful when completed. The location is great. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
