The facilities are nice, however the hotel booked a very large block of rooms to out of state youth hockey teams. This created a very unpleasant stay. The players and their adult parents/chaperones were loud, disrespectful and made out stay significantly less than enjoyable than we had hoped. We will NOT stay here again, unless able to confirm no blocks of rooms have been secured by youth travel teams. I am a former coach and parent of youth travel teams. The behavior and actions of these teams is reprehensible.

This place is several very large cuts above a typical Hampton Inn. It’s large and beautiful with a restaurant and full bar. The staff is truly extraordinary - friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about hospitality. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring Saratoga. Everything you could want is within easy walking distance, but it’s a few blocks off of Broadway and Caroline St, therefore much quieter than other hotels.
