Amazing ocean view condo, steps to the beach, 3 pools, gated community

Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while taking in the breathtaking ocean view. You may even be visited by the howler monkeys that often travel through the trees to the beach. You will be just steps to the beach and one of the three pools is right outside your front door. This fully remodelled condo will be your home away from home. This two bedroom two bathroom unit has air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the main living area and it sleeps six. You will enjoy preparing meals in this beautiful kitchen with breakfast bar. It has everything you need to prepare all your meals. The huge deck overlooking the ocean is a favourite of our guests. I’m sure you’ll spend most of your time there lis to the waves crash while enjoying a glass of wine and taking in the sunset. This condo is perfectly situated for those guests that like to enjoy time away from all the noise of the tourist town but close enough to access everything you need. Coco is a short drive (or taxi ride) to the town of Coco where you will find bars, restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and lots of nightlife. We are the only development (Los Almendros) right on Ocotal beach which makes Ocotal a quieter beach than most. It is well known for the great snorkelling from shore along the rocks on the right side especially. You’ll feel safe at our gated complex with 24 hour security. Enjoy this condo as your home base for all your Costa Rican adventures or just enjoy the beach and the three pools in the complex. After a long day you don’t even have to prepare dinner. You can visit the famous beach restaurant Father Roosters which is only 100 yards down the beach from the entrance of Los Almendros.

The location was amazing! Close to a beautiful black sand beach with crystal clear water. The upper top pool was great - small, but very clean and refreshing. We loved seeing all the hermit crabs on the beach at night!

A gorgeous, safe accommodation. Sitting on the balcony any time of the day is enjoyable. The ocean, beach view is spectacular. We got to take in great music and a meal at Father Roosters. Mark always has a quick response. Everyone is so friendly in the area. We hope to be back

This place was perfect! Beautiful location overlooking the beach! We felt very safe in this gated community. It was close to town for grocery shopping. Our favourite place to buy fish was Panamar Fish market. We enjoy fresh caught fish every day! The beautiful little beach was quiet, and the snorkelling when clear was lovely right down in front of our unit. The unit was clean, and the air conditioning was perfect. We enjoyed identifying the birds from our balcony in the morning, which was very private. Of course we really enjoyed dinners on the beach at Father Rooster’s

Mark's condo is located near the beach where you can snorkel. Mark is quick to respond and helpful if you have any questions. Grocery store in Coco not too far away.

The title says it all, AMAZING ocean view from the patio. Very short stroll down to the beach. We were only there for 3 days and were out and about, so did not cook in the unit. Seemed to have a good assortment of pots/pans/dishes. We tried the two different pools onsite, one was more secluded and one was larger and in the sun. Father Roosters is right next door and has great food. Would highly recommend!

WOW! Best VRBO experience ever!

First of all, the property itself was as advertised-clean, fully finished and equipped. And then there is that spectacular view.Located above a serene, uncrowded beach, and surrounded by foliage and wildlife (saw howler monkeys the first morning). A very comfortable and inviting restaurant.-Father Roosters-is a five minute walk. Supermarkets, bars,restaurants ,banks are a 10 minute drive by car or golf cart..But best of all of the people involved. I found the Costa Ricans to be helpful and friendly, Going out of their way to make her stay memorable. The management at the condo assisted promptly with any problems we had.But most of all was the owner Mark. First of all, he answered any inquiry, literally,within 5 to 10 minutes.. With our first communication, he gave us a font of information for activities restaurants grocery stores, transport, etc. All further questions and problems were taken care of immediately upon request.We could not have asked for a better host. We will definitely be back.PURA VIDA

Awesome view

The condo had a wonderful view of the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck at all times, especially to watch the sunset. The beach and pool were both within a 3-5 minute walk. The property manager always had a quick response to any question that I had. We did not have a car but used a taxi every other day to go have a meal in Playa del Coco and get some groceries. We had only planned to stay in Ocotal for 3 nights but realized that 3 was definitely not enough and stayed for 6 nights and are glad we did!
