Living Pura Vida in Playas Del Coco!

We just returned from an incredible week at this beautiful townhome in Pacifico, in Playas Del Coco and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The location was perfect—tucked in a peaceful, gated community yet close to everything. We opted to rent a golf cart instead of a car, and it was such a fun and easy way to explore the area. We zipped around town, to the beach, and even ventured to nearby beaches and local attractions without a hitch.The home itself is spotless and clearly well cared for. You can tell it’s been recently updated—everything feels fresh and modern, with thoughtful touches throughout. The layout was super comfortable with tons of space (love the 4 full bathrooms!), the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just felt like a private oasis.We also loved all the amenities Pacifico offers—from the pools to the easy beach access—and the location made it simple to enjoy day trips, great restaurants, and fun local experiences. Whether you’re looking to relax or get out and explore, this place is the ideal home base.We did not want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Family vacation

its about a 20min walk to the beach along city streets some without side walks. The Pacifico beach club they talk about is definitely a drive and it is 35/person over age 12. Pools were very nice. If you would like to do pickle ball or tennis you do need reservations, we brought our own paddles but got kicked out the first night even though was empty because didn’t have reservation. Overall property and playa de coco were beautiful. There is a walking/hiking trail with a fair amount of loose dirt and a lot of irregular steps probably for intermediate to advanced hiker.

Poor quality for the money

The townhouse is in a nice development but is not as it is described. The bed linens are of poor quality. The property manager was slow in responding to issues we had during our stay. The day after we arrived we reported that the faucet in the kitchen was not functioning (very low pressure).it took a week before it was fixed. We also had a large bathroom mirror become dislodged. It had been installed with double sided tape over an existing mirror. .The toiletries that were supplied were watery and of poor quality. The place could use a paint job as it is getting a bit dingy. Finally there is construction right across the street for 12 hours a day every day.
