This charming condo is on a wooded ravine in the City of Saugatuck less than a mile from Ivy House. The Upper Level has 2 Bedrooms, a Living Room, and 2 Full Bathrooms. The Lower Level has a Bedroom and a Living Room, and a Laundry Closet is located in the hallway.

The Peterson Creek Retreat is a spacious is a 1600 sq ft open concept condo that includes air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, outdoor propane grill, free streaming on Peacock Plus, Roku Channels, and free Samsung streaming channels on the Upper Living Room TV, free wifi, garage parking for one vehicle, and towels/linens. Please bring your beach towels and any other items you will need for the beach such as blankets, umbrella, or chairs.

We offer a discount for 7 night stays!

Take a shortcut through the Peterson Preserve and enjoy a nice, leisurely walk or bike ride into downtown (approx. 1 mile). The Peterson Creek Retreat is conveniently located near beaches, shopping, dune rides, parks, restaurants, and other tourist attractions.

*NO SMOKING and NO PETS are permitted. We are a family-friendly condo and NO PARTIES are allowed, no exceptions.

My wedding party (Groomsmen) and I stayed here for the week of my wedding. The residence fulfilled our needs for the week perfectly. The number of beds, as well as the ability for one of the couches to unfold, ensured that everyone had a place to sleep. The condo itself was clean and was just a nice place to stay in general when we were hanging out there. In addition, Sandra was very helpful in answering any questions I had in a timely manner.

Tulip Time Fun

Family weekend away

We traveled to Saugatuck for a little weekend getaway with our parents. The condo was perfect for 5 adults. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfy, and Sandra thought of everything. From sound machines to extra toilet paper the condo had it all. Would highly recommend.

cute place great location

we were here for a family wedding. at the Ivy, it was so close which was perfect as we had to make multiple trips at times the Condo was cute and clean, the lower level was a bit chilly we did open vents but it don’t help a whole lot the bed in the Master seemed more of a full then a queen (would prefer a king) our family that was in the condo next to us did have a king bed in their max bedroom also could have used mor e blankets the condo hasd everything we needed would love to come back in the summer for the Dunes, golf and just fun outdoor stuff highly recommend this property

The condo was conveniently located to Saugatuck and our wedding venue at the Cottage on The Ravines Golf course. Condo was quietly secluded on its own lot and had all the amenities we needed. Space was clean and bright with tons of windows. Would totally rent this space again. Thank you Sandra.

Tulip Trip

Visiting Holland for the 2023. Tulip Festival. Saugutuck and Peterson Creek was a welcome retreat to end each day after the traffic and crowds everywhere in Holland. Every possible need and comfort in this immaculate property was provided.. Only negative was the the request from VRBO to enter ,6 digit code after arrival. Wasted almost a half an hour entering codes, confirming I am not a robot, only to get the INVALID code response 11 times. Great rental, would definitely recommend or book when I may be in the area again. Easy to get to, quite and secluded.
