Perfect for a family vacation, this cabin features a huge game room on the lower level with soaring ceilings that allow for an indoor basketball court(!), pool table, foosball, ping pong, arcade, board games, a library of movies and much more! The interior of Bearscapes is impeccably styled with upscale and handcrafted furnishings, stainless appliances and granite counter tops, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, wraparound deck with outdoor dining, hot tub, fire pit and flat screens throughout!  Bearscapes is surrounded by abundant mountain laurel blooms in spring, giving way to a lush green canopy in summer; in autumn witness the change to spectacular fall colors and in winter the leaves fall, revealing the beautiful mountain views that have been hidden since early spring!  No matter the season, Bearscapes is your perfect mountain escape! Located minutes from Unicoi State Park and Anna Ruby Falls, and just 7 miles from the Alpine Village of Helen.

Secluded, Beautiful, Cabin

We have many great memories from our stay. From looking at the mountains from our bedroom, grilling on the porch, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and enjoying the game room. The cabin was also very close to the town of Helen and pretty waterfalls of Ana Ruby. We would love to return in the future. Thank You.

Went for a quick weekend before my son in law went off to bootcamp. My grandson had an absolute blast in the basement with all the games and basketball hoop. There was plenty to do in Helen and back at the cabin. I loved the location because is was extremely quite.

We had an amazing time at this property' spent more time downstairs arcading and hooping due to our competitive nature, loved the Hottub and the location. Much beeded R&R, we will definately be back with the Grandkids!

Great family memories

The game room gave us plenty of hours of entertainment as a family. We really enjoyed hanging out at the cabin, playing in the game room and relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin’s location is great too.

My three sisters and two nieces enjoyed our stay! Lots of room for six adults. Cabin was clean and beautifully decorated. The only negative would be is no bathroom in the basement level where the games, pool table, and hot tub are located. But just a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay again!

Endless fun and relaxation!

This is a prime spot with endless things to do. Whether we were at the cabin enjoying the game room, hot tub, fire pit or hiking Anna Ruby Falls, playing golf, and enjoying Helen, Bearscapes did not disappoint. The cabin was clean and not too far from town while still offering a secluded scenic getaway. My family enjoyed our stay.

Quick Weekend Getaway

We loved this property. The game room is the best I have seen at any cabin. They have thought of just about everything you need. It’s definitely a secluded feel however there are a few nearby neighboring cabins. It does not take but a few minutes to get to the cabin. The only negatives would be you can hear everything through the walls and only one bathroom on the main floor with the two bedrooms. I would recommend maybe adding a mirror to the bedroom to help with getting ready when there are 3-4 people on that floor. Other than that, it was perfect! I would definitely stay again.
