The staff was amazing and the room was everything to be expected. We had a balcony room overlooking Bay St. And River Street areas. Definitely loved that everything is walking distance from the hotel. Great location!

Property had a fantastic clean smell as soon as you walked in! Fantastic location! Only downfall was I requested an accessible room but the only thing accessible was one grab bar in the shower. No biggie though.

Great location and fantastic lobby area. Elevator was really the only issue; only one working during checkout hours plus the button for lobby wouldn’t work(had to give it some extra pushes). Balcony had great views of the city and spacious room. Very comfortable bed.

I only stayed one night.....plenty of things to do...We ate at Wexfords a traditional Irish pub....live music and the food was excellent, overall a very nice time.

Hotel was fine but nothing special. Pool and hot tub needed to be redone. Staff was not welcoming. Hotel smelled of too much chemical fragrance. Parking and breakfast not included. Would not stay here again.
