This adorable cottage is right on Park Avenue just 2 blocks away from the renowned Forsyth Park! Come rock or swing with us on the front porch and soak up the southern lifestyle. Our traditional design and warm decor welcomes you to kick up your feet, relax and feel at home. This property boasts a very spacious rear patio that's totally covered and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather while maintaining total privacy. We welcome ALL walks of life! **Comes with FREE access to THE ZOO HEALTH CLUB during your stay**

The Space:

We offer a king bed in the downstairs master bedroom, with a queen in the other two bedrooms upstairs. We have (rare) off-street parking in the back to use at your leisure (can fit 2 cars snugly).



Guest Access:

Feel free to soak up the charm on our front porch or hang out in our more private backyard :) We have space in the rear parking for 2 cars.

**We offer free workouts during your stay at The Zoo Gym** Just mention your name and that you're staying with us and the representative at the front desk will let you in!



The Neighborhood:

We are just TWO blocks away from the south end of Forsyth Park where there is an AWESOME coffee shop, natural food grocery store, wine shop and a few killer restaurants. You can't beat this location!



Getting Around:

There is a FREE shuttle that gets you around town (https://www.connectonthedot.com/new-dot-express-shuttle-services/) right at Forsyth Park - just walk straight on Park Ave. and once you get to Drayton it is right there by the shops! Uber/Lyft is probably the most convenient form of transportation around town, as parking can be a little crazy. It's usually about $5-7 to get to City Market/Bay Street. There is also a FREE City-ran "uber" called the Downtowner. Download the app and call a driver for free (tips welcomed).

Great place to stay with a family as the house is bigger than meets the eye - each room had a tv with streaming and a cable box which was great, along with a nice open kitchen/living room set up. The location was very good with just a 2/3 block walk to Forsyth Park and an easy 5 min drive to the historic district/downtown/river street. Pretty clean and plenty of towels. Hard to beat for the price. The immediate neighborhood was nice though would note that a few blocks over (the other direction from the park) seemed like not the nicest part of town. Would stay again!

We enjoyed this charming cottage during our holiday stay in Savannah. It was perfect for 3 couples. The communication with Chase was excellent! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen nicely stocked with coffee, filters, cream, etc. We appreciated the extras like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap, plenty of towels, iron and ironing board. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood near Forsyth Park with bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It was a bonus to be able to fit 2 cars in the parking space behind the house. Although we had plans with relatives for Thanksgiving, it was super sweet that they left several roasting pans and foil for a Thanksgiving meal. The rooms were clean and as described. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our relatives in Savannah!

Very cute home, more space than expecting, and nicely furnished. In a great location for walking to Forsyth Park and things around it. We were pretty tied up with wedding obligations for our son, so we didn’t get to enjoy the front porch and back deck as much as we would have liked to. They were awesome. Would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect house for spending time with family. Cozy living room, dining table for planning trips, and kitchen was well outfitted. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. Location couldn't have been better. Just 10-minute drive to Savannah sites and restaurants. Host was quick on communications and always helpful. Would stay again.

The house was perfect! Great location. The furnishings were beautiful, and the house was very clean. Also, close to a Kroger grocery store and Forsyth Park. Downtown is a 20 walk. Ubers are abundant and are 12-15 to get downtown. Would recommend to anyone visiting Savannah.

Perfect family getaway in Savannah

This was the perfect property for our family getaway with our adult children! The house was clean and comfortable, and in such a great location. We ended our 4-night stay with a special dinner grilled on the nice grill in the backyard, and ate on the covered deck with the ceiling fan and lights in the backyard. We will be back!

Comfortable, meticulously cared for cottage. Great communication with owners. Savannah is a very fun genial city. We recommend the Southern Flavors food tour and the pub crawl! Lots of fun!

Cute house & great location

The house was as advertised. Only problem was the stove & oven did not work. We had bought groceries to cook with the first day & were not able to cook. I will say communication was excellent but we all (4) felt we should have been compensated on a small way, at least, since we had to eat all our meals out. That was only disappointing thing. If we wanted to eat out every meal, getting a hotel would have been cheaper,

Easter in Savannah

This was a great experience with Forsythe park a few blocks away. Convenient walk to coffee at the park and large grocery nearby. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided in a homey atmosphere. Sit on the front porch swing and watch the world go by or have a bite to eat around a back patio table with roof. Thoughtfully equipped and extremely clean.
