Renovated 2-room apartment, bright and friendly, dogs are welcome

The apartment was completely renovated and modernized in 2017. The apartment will be rented from April 1st, 2017.
The 42 m² 2 room apartment with its own terrace is ideally and quietly located on the Schönberger beach. The extensive sandy beach is about 300 m from the apartment. The apartment is modern, friendly and bright. The equipment includes a well-equipped new fitted kitchen, a new very comfortable functional couch that can easily be converted into a 2nd Can convert bed, a new box spring bed 180 x 200, a modern new bathroom with shower. The apartment is at ground level with direct access from its own parking space and is integrated in a residential complex with 19 apartments. The apartment is barrier-free and suitable for guests with walking difficulties (suitable for wheelchair users to a limited extent - due to a 5 cm high heel in the apartment and a 15 cm heel to the terrace).
The apartment is non-smoking !!
Your well-behaved dog is very welcome with us, we charge 10 euros per booking day and dog. Unfortunately, we have to charge it extra, because Fewo has no options for the dog per day. A dog beach is in the immediate vicinity.
Please do not let your dog on the sofa, but well-behaved dogs would not want to go there either.

We also offer a laundry package for 20 euros per person. This includes:
- Bed linen 1 x per person (pillow case, duvet cover, fitted sheet for the box spring bed, if needed, a sheet for the functional sofa with a third person)
- A large towel and a small towel
  per person
- 2 tea towels

The Schönberger beach is subject to tourist tax and we have to collect it in cash on arrival.
From March 15th to April 30th it is 1.10 euros per person per day
1.5 to 30.9 it is 2.50 euros per person per day
1. 10 to 31.10 it is 1.10 per person per day
Visitors under the age of 18 are exempt from visitor's tax.

REDUCTIONS
 
Ext. People receive a reduction of 50% of the due city tax rate from a 50% note (disabled person's pass)
Accompanying persons also (B-proof of the need for constant accompaniment)
