Upon check out asked about POOL and wss told it was closed! Called 888 number snd asked to move to another hotel for POOL and was hung up on x3 everytime I said it was for a POOL. So stayed but not able to relax at pool which was reason I was going

Needs a lot of work Rooms smelled No security lock in the door Things fell off the wall and not secured Air conditioner was not working Phones didn’t work so we walked down to the front desk and they moved us to a room almost equally as bad Not friendly staff at all definitely would not recommend Luckily we only stayed one night
