Poor location. Rooms need updating. Air conditioning poor. $17.00 for parking. 🙁 Breakfast not included. ☹️ I will stay at Fairfield Marriott next time.

Hilton fixed a hotels.com stuff up

The hotel was amazing. Hotels.com had double booked a room and hadn't contacted us to book an alternative. The Hilton staff were amazing, putting us across two rooms and providing things to help with the severe inconvenience.

Stayed here before, great location in town, walking distance to many great restaurants. Didnt realize it was day of St Patty's day parade in Scranton so hotel bar was packed and celebrating! Not ideal with 2 teens in tow, but not a major issue. Only real complaint was no towels in bathroom, except used one left on floor. Again, pretty minor and easily fixed.

Everything was okay besides the room Debi d, we order things and didn’t get everything we asked for and what it was suppose to come with. The food was also cold
