This was a great option for the price. The room was clean and large and we had parking right outside our door. The beds were pretty soft-and I prefer a firm mattres but that was the only complaint for the room. Our river-side view wasn't exactly river-side (the river was only viewable across the street and around giant bushes) but we arrived later in the evening and left early so it wasn't really an issue.

Acceptable Hotel for the Seaside SandFest

Seaside is a great little town and I was there for their annual SandFest sand carving competition. Lots of good restaurants but this hotel was a little off the beaten path. Not bad but not exactly luxurious...

Choose a room with a river view! It included a roomy deck with table and chairs, so very enjoyable. The property has two buildings/parking areas. Exiting the one area wasn't easy due to the configuration but did not stop us from booking an extra night! It's a lovely place.

The property was easy to find. When we arrived there were quite a lot of open spaces to park. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. There was another section to the building around the corner which was also quite easy to find as well with directions given from the front desk. The parking lot was a little small but enough spaces. Upon entering the room, it was simply decorated and clean. There is no air conditioning in the unit but there is a fan and it does the job quite well. There are a lot of shops nearby within walking distance which is nice since they’re all about 10 minutes or less of a walk. Also a Safeway nearby for grocery needs or even a few local markets. The beach is also within walking distance to the Promenade. Overall stay was pretty good.

Loved the colorful and very clean room. Salt water taffy as a gift in room was a sweet bonus! Wish there had been 2 chairs instead in one, as there were 2 of us. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Great location and easy kitchen

We enjoyed our stay and the affordable kitchen. It was a short walk to the ocean and so close to Seaside Bagel. Everyone was kind and there was plenty of space to clean up after the beach and store our things. We loved it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in Seaside. Hotel was very clean. Very close to the beach and all the shopping in their downtown area. I knew from previous reviews that there would be no air conditioning but a tower fan was provided for the room that kept me cool and comfortable. My only reason for the 4 stars is that the wifi never worked the entire weekend I was there so I burned through quite a bit of phone data. But overcall, i would recommend and come back.
