Room and hitel were very nice, however there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the bathroom. Had to gi ti the desk as apparently house keeping forgot. Other then that great staff, breakfast was decent, overall stay was great

We had a great stay. Breakfast was what it was expected to be option wise but they tried to change it up some each day. Rooms were very clean, staff super nice and acknowledged every guest when walking in and out. Chinese food next doir was delicious as well. Only issue we had which wasnt really a big ordeal was the electric car charging stations were broke or out of service, nit even sure if hotel has anything to do with that but heads up to anyone who has a hybrid or ev.

I went to training in Kent. This hotel is conveniently located to most everything in Kent. It was only a 15-minute drive to the facility. The room was clean, and the staff was awesome. The only issue I had was that the AC was not working. I talked to the front desk, and they were able to reset it remotely.
