This hotel was very convenient to the airport. However, I found a maintenance issue with the door latch to my room which management was not able to resolve my satisfaction. I slept with one eye open concerned about whether the door was actually secure. Hopefully they will address this.

Outside of the lobby, the property is very run down. Carpet is severely stained and bunched in many spots. Room was okay, but again has lots of wear and tear. We had a very early flight so had to take a grab and go breakfast, which consisted of a Nutragrain bar and some trail mix.

The good: this hotel was a comfortable one, not outrageously expensive, and had a basic continental breakfast. The desk staff was exceptional: always super efficient, knowledgable, and helpful. Our rooms were spacious and we were all able to adjust the climate controls to our liking. Beds were comfortable and linens soft. The bad: the elevator had an expired inspection label (8 months out of date), and made some disturbing noises with the six of us and all our luggage on it. We used the stairs a lot after that, and they were not always clean. There was also a broken key access pad on one of the stairwell access doors, with wiring and batteries exposed. In general, this place looks like a middle-aged hotel that is doing well, but isn't investing in the little parts of upkeep that would make it a better experience and value.

The room was average, the stay was okay. Was convenient because of proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. It was very noisy. The people above us were very loud, the streets were also loud. The free breakfast was chaotic. They ran out of plates, syrup, there was no where to sit and the coffee was very watery. Okay for free breakfast but could have been more organized and cleaner. Overall it was okay but would not stay again.

There were 14 of us in our group and we had four rooms. Each room was very clean spacious uncomfortable. We had free shuttle service to the airport and they held our luggage for us when we arrive before check-in.

The hotel and staff were amazing. We had to prolong the trip another night for my daughter and granddaughter who had gotten sick and had to stay an additional night. The staff were more than helpful with that and took care of them. The people were so friendly that worked for the hotel and the rooms were very nice and clean and larger than I expected. Would definitely stay there again very convenient to the airport with free shuttle service.

Great stay

Front desk extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. 24 hour shuttle to airport worked seamlessly. Breakfast was ok but need more options that aren’t sugar laden…plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened cereal, fresh diced fruit etc….The infused water was refreshing. Excellent taco truck next door in parking lot. Overall, great stay.

Not a hotel, rather a Radisson Motel

Not only was there an 'early check-in' fee, I have never experienced this once in all of my travels around the U.S. and the world, unless signing up to become a Choice Hotel member. Then, as a solo traveler, the two rooms across the hall from me were given to two families with small children and they were loud as could be, chatting in the hallway at 5:30 a.m. in the morning. No consideration for placing guests with similar parties together. Basically, this is a motel that calls itself a hotel.
