Hotel is advertised in a deceiving way. Pool looks way bigger than it is. Pool is actually very small. They booked six hockey teams in for a weekend tournament and dont inform other guests of this info. Would not have stayed in this hotel if I was aware of this. The hockey parents all drinking and partying in lobby lounge while there kids are running around in the hall ways and playing hockey in the hall ways. Hotel staff did little to stop this. This Went on till nearly mid night.. no apology or effort made to make up for this unpleasant stay.

Some doors wouldn't open even with the room key. Normally that probably wouldn't be a problem, but it wa 18 degrees out!

Publié le 9 janv. 2024 sur HotelsWas hoping to swim while we stayed. But the pool was not very big and was always packed. The one night we attempted to actually swim the chlorine was so strong it gave us both a headache and we had to leave immediately to get fresh air. The breakfast did not have very many choices and after the first day we opted out of the hotel breakfast and got fast food the rest of our stay. Rooms were clean and neat. Service was friendly. Hotel was located in a great location as well.
