Parking was terrible. No convenient parking for paid guest. If full had to park at another hotel and walk. No lock and little privacy in room bathroom. Hot tub broken and run down. Had only 1 operating elevator took 10 minutes to go up. Refused to give me coffee for room for 2nd night said i had to come to lobby. Ac works really well.

NOTHING WORKED. ROOM KEYS? BROKEN! FRONT ENTRANCE? BROKEN. ELEVATOR? SIKE. BROKEN TOO. YOU WANT PILLOWS? CAN’T HAVE ANY. DO YOU WANNA SLEEP IN? WELL YOU CAN’T CAUSE ROOM SERVICE HAS 2 WORKING BRAIN CELLS AND BOTH WANT TO KICK YOU OUT OF YOUR ROOM. AND PARKING? LOL. DON’T EVEN THINK YOU’LL ESCAPE THE RATH OF HAVING TO PAY $40 A NIGHT, IF YOU CAN EVEN GET INTO THEIR PARKING LOT SINCE THEY HAVE FAVORITES AND YOU CLEARLY AREN’T ONE OF THEM. FOOD? PARCHED? WELL DON’T BE! CAUSE THEY WILL FIND AN EXCUSE TO NOT HAVE ANY FOOD AVAILABLE AT THE TIME YOU WANT IT YOU WANT TO CHECK OUT? SORRY CAN’T EVEN DO THAT CAUSE THEY HAVE MAGIC CARDS ATTACHED TO YOUR ROOM, THAT SAY WRONG CHECKOUT DAYS AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU EVEN THOUGH THEIR OWN SYSTEM WAS TELLING THEM TOO. AND NOW YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO THERAPY BECAUSE YOUR TRUST ISSUES HAVE GOTTEN EXPONENTIALLY WORSE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE BECAUSE YOU’VE SEEN FIRST HAND HOW NOTHING WORKS AND YOUR HEART WILL BECOME USED TO THE HEARTBREAK AND JUST WHEN YOU THINK THINGS CAN’T GET ANY WORSE..
