Small showers, if your a large adult its difficult to shower. Great area for walking distance to where we needed to go as it was close to the monorail and light rail. A few transient people around the area, not too bad though.

Checked in and asked about what I thought was a discrepancy between my quoted Travelocity rate and the rate I was being charged. Instead of an explanation, the desk manager, Haime, chose to argue with me. The room is okay. Despite making a big flourish about “extra services” (like an extra set of towels that I requested), only one set of towels for 2 people were in the room. So far, MEH!

Booked this place due to location and with how busy this weekend was in Seattle, even a 3 star like this cost me what 4-4.5 stars usually do. It was a good location, but the rooms are very outdated, small and wasn't exactly the cleanest in all ways. Walls seem very thin too, heard people all the time. Wasn't terrible but didn't feel I got my money's worth.

If you want to be in downtown Seattle in a clean area, walkable to everything and have stellar customer service, book this place. The rooms may be small but the hearts of the staff and personality of the space is HUGE! Will be back!!

Bathroom was tiny, the room was tiny, painted dark grey, it felt like we were staying in someone’s basement. The staff was nice, it was clean, but definitely not worth the high cost.

Love the location, staff and ambiance! Free coffee in the morning and complimentary beer at 5pm is great. Valet is awesome! Only downside is only one working elevator so sometimes you wait a bit. Will return as always!

Rooms are small, but the size is listed on the website. Only 2 elevators, one was broken. And those are also very small. Employees were all nice. Places to eat are nearby but expensive. Place was clean.
