Ravenna/Greenlake cozy apartment with separate entrance and off street parking. Walk to Greenlake, University district, UW campus, Burke museum. Short drive to Lake Union, Pike Place Market, Museums and Seattle Center. Spacious, stylish, sunny apartment with large patio. Apartment is near bus stops, bakeries, pubs, many coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, parks, Whole Foods and University Village makes it a perfect spot for your urban vacation.
You have a private entrance through french door that can open fully for easy patio access. The kitchen is modern and efficient with enough room for two or three cooks . It has a full size gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator (stocked with condiments), dishwasher, toaster, microwave and electric kettle, freshly ground coffee and often a little tasty surprise. The bedrooms are cozy with views to the garden. The first bedroom which I call the yellow room has a firm queen bed with down comforter and pillows. The second bedroom with attached bathroom has a full size new bed with a 4" memory foam topper. The bathroom is smallish with a retro blue sink and Mondrian inspired tile work. NOTE: ENSUITE BATHROOM . There's Wifi, TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix, DVD player, movies and a selection of interesting reads. ALSO ADDED-NEW CRIB FOR THE LITTLE ONE.

Perfect private place to stay nearby UW. Plenty of room for 4 adults in our party. Great communication with host. Easy parking and plenty of everything provided in the unit. Close to light rail. We will definitely return in the future.

Darling in law!

Stayed here to attend our daughter’s graduation from The University of Washington. Perfect location! Love the neighborhood and a lovely walk to Ravenna Park & The U District. The Link is nearby as well if you prefer to train!

Beautiful Area

We have a lovely time at this property. Beds were extremely comfortable, the living room was inviting and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was very easy to get around the city as trains and busses were just a quick walk away. Highly recommend staying here!

The most comfortable, cute and cozy spot, quiet but close to everything!

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at Sabina’s! The space was exactly as advertised; clean, adorably decorated, and well-outfitted with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The living room and bedrooms were super comfortable (amazing mattresses and sheets!) and the kitchen was spacious and decked out with all the dishes, utensils, and other accoutrement you might find yourself looking for. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with adorable old houses around every turn. It’s also an easy (less than 10 minute) walk to the light rail station, which connects you quickly and inexpensively to most major neighborhoods in Seattle; my friend and I used it multiple times on our trip. There is also a Whole Foods right across from the station, which made for an effortless spot to grab goodies on our walk back from the train to Sabina’s. Our stay truly could not have been better, and Sabina checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this spot highly enough!

Lovely apartment in great location

This is a beautiful place; well appointed and comfortable. The outside space is perfect for coffee and breakfast with air perfumed with night blooming jasmine. The owner is friendly and easy to chat with. A great experience!

Short Seattle Stay to See Local Sights

Nice property in wonderful location, exactly as described. The property owner was helpful, and quickly responded to any questions we had. Offstreet parking was also greatly appreciated, especially on the narrow streets of Seattle. Would stay again!
