Great place to stay
Publié le 10 mai 2015 sur HotelsWe were here visiting Seattle. This hotel is very clean, the team was very friendly and helpful.
Bedrooms are large and you feel like home. Thé only improvement I could suggest would be an indoor pool, because it was too chilly to use the outdoor one.

Staff were pleasant but there was no indication the pool was closed before we checked in. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We didn’t get any sort of room cleaning service mid stay and the pullout was missing bedding. Otherwise, the beds were great and the area was nice and quiet.

We had a few major issues that were handled EXCELLENTLY! Rhe front desk staff and the Operations Manager would get an 11 out of 10 stars! Its too bad other companies don't believe in customer service. Bravo and keep up the great work!
