Terrible Experience The hotel was old, dirty, and in very bad condition. The bathroom was filthy, no towels or shampoo, and the room was barely clean. On top of that, the staff were unprofessional and rude. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Quintessential PNW motel experience. Impeccably clean but now new. Unbelievably comfortable bed and pillows (memory foam). It was a better experience than my last expensive holiday inn. Shabby but who cares.

Room was clean - but bed was worn and squeaky. Very tiny soaps but no other toiletries and no cups or kleenex. Could hear people in the room above stomping around.

This motel looks like it would be horrible, but despite appearances, the room was clean, it was quiet, and the bed was super comfortable (better than many big chains). It is super convenient to the airport and each room has an air conditioning unit. Overall, great value for money!

The smoking section was directly outside our bedroom door. Had to walk through smoke just to get into our room. The water in the shower ran all night, too bright outside the room.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. My mom had to call five times for the airport shuttle before it came. The lamp in my room, the light was blown out. The outlets in the room didn’t work so we had to unplug the microwave and refrigerator. Overall the facility was clean, safe and the proximity to the airport was good. They just to upgrade the facility a bit.
