Staff was absolutely amazing, communicative, helpful, friendly, and accommodating! Property was very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful views from roof top, would recommend a cover or awning for when it rains. Neighborhood feels a bit unsafe but nothing they can control but they do provide 24hr security. Great stay!

Greetings. We didn't use the parking. We didn't see a kitchen. The rooms were clean . The staff was very friendly and helpful. It would be a success if they offered breakfast.

Stayed for a few nights before our cruise. Staff were friendly and provided excellent recommendations! Walkable to many local sites. Clean rooms with a comfortable bed! They use a company to transport to cruise ships (sign up at front desk). Will stay again next time!

Great location that allows for walking to major attractions, during the daytime ( not sure about after dark). Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable with small kitchenette and nice desk. Towels and linens were excellent.

For being downtown and having a number of transients around, the area around the hotel is pretty well maintained. Staff is excellent and go above and beyond. We have stayed multiple times and have learned to ask for a room in third or fourth floor to avoid the street noise and marijuanna smell. Price point is great for Seattle and we highly recommend this property. Rooms can be smaller but this is still one of our favorite little gems we have found.

The staff always so friendly and attentive. We had questions regarding safety due to homelessness around the areas but they have security and felt safe at all times. Overall great experience, would book here again.

Location, Location, Location

Location is what comes to mind when we think of the Belltown Inn. Great location! Walkable to many local attractions! There are plenty of restaurants to pick from. Our room included a king size bed. The bed was comfortable and provided support. No problems with sleeping on this bed.

The hotel was fantastic! Rooms were very comfortable, with the largest bathroom towels i have ever had at a hotel. The rooftop patio was such a nice addition to be able to relax outside away from the dirty downtown. The lobby also had some comfortable areas to relax. The security was excellent. They made us feel safe. The homeless drug addicts littered the downtown area of the city and really ruined the trip. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, but wont be back to Seattle because if the homeless problem.

I liked the location. It was walking distance to the main attractions. Staff were really friendly. They have ice water in the lobby. And coffee in the morning. There was a nice courtyard patio and rooftop lounge area. I accidentally booked a room for one adult rather than one adult and 3 children and they were able to get me a room right away. I also forgot a pair of glasses after I checked out, I called them and they saved them for me at the front desk. Only negative I would say is the homeless population near the area but it seems to be a given anywhere downtown. And parking was $30 a night which also understandable considering it’s a big city down town location.

Hotel is better inside than it first appears from.outside. rooms fine and unfussy. Grest rooftop terrace if weather's good. Easy walk to.wsterfront. Sadly the area is full of rough sleepers and addicts.
