Nestled in the heart of West Seattle, this centrally located 3-bedroom modern townhome offers a prime location & stylish living space. Situated between California Avenue & SW Hanford St, this townhome is within walking distance of a vibrant array of shops, restaurants, & entertainment options.

Either enjoy the outdoor neighborhood or spend your time on a private balcony attached to the master bedroom.

The space
Our townhome is 4 story house with covered balcony on 4th floor, attached to Master bedroom. The first floor has an entrance to a hallway that leads to stairs for 2nd floor living room or kitchen. The third floor has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds), one full bathroom and laundry. The fourth floor contains the master suite with a king bed, full bathroom, and attached covered balcony.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the second, third, and fourth floor of this Townhome.
Other things to note
1. We are on a relatively busy street. The benefits are very convenient access to shops and restaurants, but this also comes with some street noise.
2. There is heating on all floors controlled by a thermostat, but we don't have air conditioning at this townhome currently.
2. Also please note that the four-story layout is probably not the best for people with disabilities.
