We stayed for six weeks. Most of the time there was just the two of us but we did have family visit so the extra room was greatly appreciated.The home has some good pluses- comfortable beds, good shower, large kitchen with big eating table, smart Tv’s, good refrigerator, ample trash bags provided, charcoal grill, car port and good heat/ ac. There were many things that if done could make this place exceptional by going through and doing maintenance: replace missing handles on drawers, make sure drawers open, secure closet rod, provide ample hangers ( there is now because we purchased them) replace dead plants by front door or eliminate, replace throw rugs and kitchen mats, update extra blankets and make sure linens fit the bed ( too big for queen bed), with no dishwasher - dish cloths and towels are a must as well as a sink plug - all we purchased, there was no yard work done the whole time we were there and many tree palms had fallen down, you encourage recycling yet no inside bin is provided ( there is one now, we purchased it), it would be nice for some kind of dresser, maybe in the closet for the third bedroom, hand towels and a bath mat would be nice, fix back of couch that sticks out and causes people to catch their clothes on if the rub against it and lastly provide cleaning tools that do not appear like it was used in a garage ( you have one now as we purchased a swiffer). Also it is very dark, maybe remove window film.
