Villa Rozana is a luxury waterfront villa (5 m from the sea) with a beautiful beach and crystal clear sea, located in Croatia, heart of Adriatic coast, in the beautiful town called Seget Vranjica (quiet getaway place with spectacular nature).


It was built far away from any traffic noise, providing a peaceful and picturesque vacation. The villa has got 6 apartments.

Renovated in 2014, this luxury apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, modern kitchen, living room and private terrace with a direct sea view. Size of the apartment is 70 square meters.

The property encompasses lush gardens with fruit trees, and paved areas which give direct access to the beach, where you can sunbathe, swim, and sail. The sea experience speaks for itself. Visitors can spend days visiting famous sightseeing locations on the islands as well as on the coastline , such as national parks Krka, Kornati islands, Mljet and Plitvice Lakes, or Red and Blue lakes beside Imotski. In the end, why not take a trip to south to explore the world-famous city of Dubrovnik. There are many exciting day trips on which to embark from the area, and you can park your vehicles securely on-site.

Sun-lounges flank the balcony as well as seafront garden, affording stunning panoramic views. Waterfront dining and patio dining areas with the option of cooking on a traditional stone Bbq will allow you some peaceful outdoor living.
