It's too far from the nearest village. Bed sheet was not clean.

Beautiful property. The spa pools blu cost $3 USD t use. They have a beautiful arboretum and museum of the flora of Gaya mountain that is free. The hiking trails are easily accessed to the side of the property. Food at the hotel dining room is well presented and delicious. Great mountain air. We stayed in an annex which was only $44 USD per night booked ahead but when I checked online the day before our arrival the price had dropped to an incredible $30 USD per night.

This was a really lovely and convenient stay. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff were kind and helpful. The area is very quiet and picturesque.

A great place to unwind and relax after hiking Gayasan. We enjoyed the balcony with views of the mountains and no light pollution meant we could see stars. The bed was comfortable and the robes were a pleasant surprise. The public sauna was delightful and one highlight were the incredible amethyst stones. The staff was very courteous and attentive and could communicate well in English. The beer garden was unfortunately closed during our stay. The breakfast was delicious.

Horrible experience

Staff doesn't know about the service provide to Hotels.com Gold membership benefit. I showed them the reservation confirmation email for upgrade the room but they ignored. Better find another place when I visit again

안녕하세요. 가야호텔입니다. 저희 또한 고객님을 정확하게 기억하고 있습니다. 일단 후기에 호텔스닷컴 골드멤버 혜택에 대한 서비스를 알고 있지 못하다고 하신점과 업그레이드를 위한 예약메일을 보여줬지만 무시했다고 말씀하셨습니다. 저희 호텔측에서는 고객님의 말씀을 무시한 적이 없으며 혜택에 대한 정보 또한 정확하게 알고있었습니다.(사우나2매 제공) 고객님께 정확한 응대를 했으나 받아들이지 않으시고 호텔매니저와 얘기하겠다 하셔서 매니저가 직접 다시 얘기 드렸고 위 내용을 호텔스닷컴에 확인해볼 것을 권유도 해드렸습니다. 그러나 고객님께선 '비수기에 그냥 해줄 수 있는거 아니냐', '나쁜 후기를 쓸 수 있다' 는 얘기를 하셔서 호텔에서 이렇게 얘기하신 고객님은 한번도 없으셔서 굉장히 당황스러웠습니다. 이 일로 저희도 호텔스 닷컴에 확인하고 상담도 했었습니다. 마지막으로 고객님께 퇴실시 업그레이드에 대한 비용을 말씀드렸더니 '기어이 받으시겠다. 호텔은 더 많은걸 잃을것이다.'라는 이야기를 남기시고 가셨습니다. 그 이야기를 들은 저 또한 이런 이야기까지 들어야 할까라는 생각이 많이 들었습니다. 마지막으로 호텔은 친절하고 좋은 서비스를 드리는게 맞지만 고객님의 요구사항을 무조건 맞춰드리는게 좋은 서비스는 아니라고 생각합니다. 이 글이 고객님께 조금이나마 이해를 드렸길 바라며, 항상 건강하시길 바라겠습니다. 감사합니다.
