Very nice staff. The staff make up for the other areas in the hotel. For the price can’t beat it. Hotel does need maintenance with new floors but then again for the price it’s understandable now with that being said it’s not like the floors are horrible and there falling apart but they do either need a deep cleaning or possible new ones. Overall 7.4/10 hotel still good.

I enjoyed staying at this budget option. The subway is only 5 min walk away. A lot of value for the money. Staff speaks basic English. The room is simple but clean. Nice bathroom with rain shower and bidet. Black out curtains, which helps to battle the jet lag

The staff were very nice and friendly. They gave us two umbrellas to use when it was raining outside. The hotel was a little dark for our liking. Also, one pair of the paper slippers in the room looked like it had been worn. But overall, very nice hotel - would visit again!

Great assistance and service from staff, very helpful and good recommendations. Abit far from city Center, mostly commute via taxi going out n coming back to hotel. But all in all nothing but a Wonderful and Pleasant Experience!!!

I had a wonderful stay here and it felt like my own home. If I get the chance I'll stay there again. The staff were friendly and very nice. There is a subway (around 10-15 mins by walking) and a bank near by, along with convenience stores and a lot of restaurants to get some food.

The staff was lazy ans rude. I asked him how people ordered taxi(by apps or stop on the side road).Before i finished my question he replied we dont provide taxi service. I replied that not my question and repeat the question and he replied we dont provide app for you. He was too busy playing on his phone and tried to get rid of me.

For the price it is good. Only issue is that it’s usually a 30-40 minute taxi ride to Myeondong night market and other touristy places. Also, the beds are hard, maybe it’s a Korean thing, and I would have switched hotels but it was too late
