Make sure you double check the address as there is another K-Gueshouse Premium that I first went to. I love this location close to shops and bus stops and near the N Seoul Tower. My single room was excellent for one night! It was quiet with a nice private bathroon that had very hot water. My only complaint was my sheet had a stain on it, but since I was only there for one night I didn't bother changing it. The breakfast was excellent. Toast, eggs, cereal and juice. I would stay here again because the room was very private and quiet.

Convenient location near metro station

Nice place, everything is located nearby, the staff are very nice and helpful! They offer also continental breakfast, although the variety is not that much, I enjoyed my stay in this place! Is a quite and clean place, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Hotel staff was amazing, gave you everything you needed but there was a very strong sewage smell that reeked in our room that made it unbearable. Would not stay there again for that reason but location was perfect.

Convenience for transportation as this guesthouse is within walking distance to 3 subway lines. Liquid soap and shampoo are provided. The room had not been cleaned once during 3 night stay. Very thin wall. Power outage at 8am, we left the room around 10 and the power had not come back and we don't know when it came back because we were out all day.

Very noisy from the street traffic.

The room is not as nice as photos. It was very run down. Mold in bathroom. Sink drainage is nor properly work. When turn the water faucet at the sink , be prepare to get wet as the water leak back up at the bottom! The noise from the street was really bad.

Only 1 room blackout, provide qr code to add but never accept, finally get to contact by adding another account pasted in the receiption. Room a bit small. Overall still okay.
