5N/6D trip Hotel has friendly and helpful staff with good facilities that’s up to date. Rooms are average size but needs some upgrades or updating. Location good with Seoul city hall views and walking distance to the royal palace and Resto’s.

Great hotel! The staff is so kind and service-oriented. Standard room was a bit small, but well-designed and had everything we needed, with a great view. Housekeeping did an impeccable job. I appreciated having fresh water and tea in the room every day. Staff went above and beyond. Restaurant is expensive but very good.

and was given a high-floor room. Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. At first, the hotel sent an air purifier, and since I was very tired, I just stayed the night. The next morning, I was able to change rooms, which resolved the issue. Aside from that, everything was comfortable. However, I did feel that the service quality has slightly declined compared to my previous stays.

Excellent location, newly refurbished room facing the city hall square had a great view, all the staff we came across were polite and helpful. Swimming pool in the annex was clean and well-maintained, with a great view.
