Having problem when check in. Need to call Expedia support to be able to check in. When got room, room no 1 got no toilet door. Room number 2 smell cigarette. Ask for room change and got room without lock. The toilet door mulfuction. Hose leaking water. Very unsafe. Overall experience very disappointed even for budget hotel. Been into same price room elsewhere but better room and experience. Not recommend to others to book here. Mark my word.

Super duper inconvinient. I saw cockroaches in my room. All facilities are lack of maintenance (wifi, water heater, tv,etc). Air conditioner looks dirty

i really disappointed cause of i not check in on that day. My booking firstly not successful and not inform or no calls had been given about my booking from Hotel. Payment was deduct directly through my card and the day after only i can see in the transaction. i really upset on the service and need to improve. really appreciate that you can refund back my booking.

Reception very bad. Do not except credit cards. House keeping very bad. Parking also very bad. Very noisy.

For the price i cant complain. But overall, its a lousy budget hotel.
