Perfect in every way. Hotel manager upgraded room too and all staff very kind and i would come here again. Food quality and taste is the best in the world and everything clean and hygenic

Amazing

In fact, I thank the IC Group in Lara and Belek. I visited the Belek Resort this time, something very special and luxurious. I thank all the workers in this beautiful resort, from the reception to the workers in the restaurant. Very diverse and excellent in food.

The hotel met expectations and in some areas (lake area and villas, aqua park) even exceeded them. The food was OK but much simpler than in Rixos we stayed last year, but it was reflected in a lower price. The pools were not heated and water relatively cold, but no one promised the heating. Otherwise, I liked the hotel, the facilities were excellent, the territory relatively compact, the lake area very beautiful. The hotel is built years ago, but is renovated and very well maintained. Children enjoyed the water park. Also, the hotel is very close to Land of Legends

As soon as I checked in and enter my room, there were a blanket at my bed with blood stain on it. I called the receptionist more than 8 times and asked for a clean blanket but no one showed up. We slept without blanket the first night, and then on the second day after calling guest relation office they send me the new blanket. There were a bump in front of the restroom in the lobby, which caused my mom to fall down, we had to call ambulance and then take her to hospital to just check her nose and this caused us about Euro 550. The hotel didn't take any responsibilities on this, no sympathy, didn't compensate our hospital expenses since it happened inside the hotel with their bump on the floor. They just accept our late check out so my mom could rest until we go to airport. we were so disappointed! The hotel receptionists and most of the staff couldn't speak English and it made the communication very hard. For a 5star hotel which was fairy expensive too, these were not acceptable. On a positive side, the food were amazing. The nightly entertainment were good and the photographers at the hotel were friendly and took beautiful pictures.
