It was a very crowded hotel and I don’t think they can accommodate all the people staying there. There were times we couldn’t find a sunbed to lay and people usually put their towels down and claim most of it. Kemal bey at the restaurant was very nice. Food was good but nothing amazingly good. Overall I felt like I was at Disney Land and not a 5 star hotel where you relax.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking forward to unwind/ relax. Landscaping was beautiful. Food& drinks were high quality. Evening shows were great. The hotel had a spacious room& beds were super comfortable. Check in was fast& efficient. Definitely try their Spa services& I had an amazing massage treatment. I will definitely book this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel usually hosting Russian visitors and the shows are directed more to that crowed. Lots of food at good quality. The pools are excellent and the beach is very nice. Mostly recommended for relaxation very quiet atmosphere.

As my memory helps me I would like to mention both Gemze & Gemze !!! also Gul and the Barman after midnight ...they all were very kind and serve us with a great smile .....

Buffet dining was good but the a la carte restaurants were excellent. Great pools and beach made it difficult to decide between the two. The staff is above and beyond. By far the best all inclusive I have stayed at.
There were some minor upkeep issues with the property but i only noticed them because everything else was so good that the frw issues i did observe seemed out of place with the reat of the excellent service and amenities
