Au premier étage d'un immeuble ancien, dans le centre historique de Sete, l'emplacement est idéal pour explorer la ville et les alentours. Un grand parking gratuit à 5 mn à pied est super pratique (place de la Révolution). Ce duplex, rénové avec soin, a des airsschampêtres, avec ses poutres apparentes aux plafonds. Il offre 3 chambres au total, 2 à l’étage et 1 chambre au rez de chaussée qui sert aussi de salon Télé isolé (bonne intimité). Et le séjour salle à manger cuisine est assez vaste pour réunir 6 personnes. Pas de clim mais des volets, des ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces et des murs de 50 cm d'épaisseur. La vue est dégagée sur une petite place arborée, soleil le matin, on entend les oiseaux. Vous êtes proche du grand canal, des commerces , de la place du marché , des halles … les premières plages sont à 10 mn en bus, 5 à 10 mn en voiture. Wifi, box avec chaines TV (Free), siège de bureau pour le télétravail.
