Elle possède un terrain de 2400m2 avec une magnifique terrasse ombragée, une cuisines extérieure couverte et chauffée du 01 mai au 15 septembre, une piscine de 12 mètres chauffée, un terrain de boule de 55metres :))
- 5 chambres avec lit double
- une table de ping pong
- Trampoline
- douche extérieure avec eau chaude
- mini terrain de basket

Le terrain est boisé, et il est très agréable pour les enfants qui peuvent y faire plein de jeux .

Vous êtes au calme, tout en étant à 2mn du centre ville, à 8mn de la plage, et tout près, Bouzigues, Frontignan, Agde, Meze,......Montpellier .

Les draps sont fournis bien entendu, mais nous vous demandons de prendre vos serviettes de douche / de plage ( nous les fournissions avant, mais nous avons eu bcp bcp bcp trop de vols de serviettes alors nous sommes contraint d’arrêter ce service )

Les événements, fiançailles , baptêmes, anniversaire sont formellement interdits !
La maison ainsi que l’accès à la maison n’est absolument pas prévu et adaptée à ce type d’événement !

Les voisins appels immédiatement la police, et nous porterons systématiquement plainte !

La musique en extérieur est interdite de façon à respecter la quiétude de nos voisins !
Le Mont St clair est un havre de paix, et il faut que cela reste ainsi pour tout le monde !

Si l’idée est de faire la grosse fiesta, ce ne sera pas la bonne maison et je vous conseil de chercher une autre location !

Par contre, pour des vacances « normal «  en famille ou entre amis «  et dans une utilisation respectueuse des voisins, il n’y jamais aucuns problème, et la maison est vraiment un havre de paix pour des vacances sereine et reposante !

Pour la plancha, il y’a la plupart du temps du gaz dans la bouteille, mais si c’est malheureusement la fin, je vous met dans les conseils les stations d’essence pour en racheter

Les lits deux places seront fait pour votre arrivée .

Autre chose : la maison n’est pas forcément adaptée aux personnes âgées malheureusement. Entre le parking et la maison il y’a déjà un grand escalier, et ensuite toutes les chambres et salle de bain sont à l’étage .
Il n’y a pas non plus de toilette en rez de chaussé et les toilettes sont au 1re et au 2ème étage …..

C’est une maison ancienne, et le parquet du deuxième étage grince un peu et les toilettes du 1er étage sont étroites . Je veux juste que vous soyez au courant et être le plus transparent possible :)

Sachez que vous avez donc 48h pour annuler sans aucuns frais si finalement vous pensez que cela ne vous conviendra pas ...

It has a plot of 2400m2 with a magnificent shaded terrace, a covered and heated outdoor kitchen from 1rst may to september 15, a 12-meter heated swimming pool, a 55-meter bowling green :))
- 5 bedrooms with double bed ( and 2 single mattress on the floor if necessary)
- a table tennis table
- Trampolines
- outdoor shower with hot water
- mini basketball court

The land is wooded, and it is very pleasant for children who can play lots of games there.
A barbecue and a plancha as well as an oven and plates available in the outdoor kitchen!
You are quiet, while being 2 minutes from the city center, 8 minutes from the beach, and very close to Bouzigues, Frontignan, Agde, Meze,......Montpellier.
Sheets are provided of course, but we ask you to take your shower / beach towels (we provided them before, but we had too many towel thefts so we are forced to stop this service)

Events, engagements, baptisms, birthdays are strictly prohibited!
The house as well as the access to the house is absolutely not planned and adapted to this type of event!

The neighbors immediately call the police, and we will systematically file a complaint!

Outdoor music is prohibited in order to respect the tranquility of our neighbours!
Mont St Clair is a haven of peace, and it must remain so for everyone!

If the idea is to have a big party, this will not be the right house and I advise you to look for another rental!

On the other hand, for a "normal" vacation with family or friends "and in a respectful use of the neighbors, there is never any problem, and the house is really a haven of peace for a serene and relaxing vacation!

For the plancha, there is gas in the bottle most of the time, but if it is unfortunately the end, I put you in the advice of gas stations to buy some more


Departure and arrival times are valid and fix

The swimming pool is heated from the holidays from may 15th to september 15th

The double beds will be made for your arrival.

Another thing: the house is not necessarily suitable for elderly people unfortunately. Between the parking lot and the house there is already a large staircase, and then all the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.
There is also no toilet on the ground floor and the toilets are on the 1st and 2nd floor.....


It's an old house, and the parquet floor on the second floor is a little creaky and the toilet on the first floor is narrow. I just want you to be aware and be as transparent as possible :)
