This spacious condo features 3 bedrooms, all with their own private baths. (*Note: Each bath has a small amount of start-up toilet tissue provided. Also, the number of towels and rags provided is based on the number of renters). The Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a large flat panel TV. The master bath has a jacuzzi-type tub with jets. There is another large bedroom with a king bed and tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, a large closet and hall bath with a shower. The large, bright kitchen and breakfast area is equipped with all needed appliances, and many spices for your use. (*Note: A small, start-up amount of paper towels and trash bags is also included). There is a large dining table in front of the patio doors, and an adjoining Den area that has 2 fold-out couches that can make into double beds. Other amenities include a laundry room with a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi internet access, a quiet beach area with beach lounge chairs, and a large, maintained swimming pool.

There are plenty of things to do here at Grapetree #7 to occupy your time, from dining or shopping in town, to reading or snorkeling the cool sunken shipwreck, located right in front of the property. Our condo is on the southern end of 7 mile beach. It is a ground floor, end corner unit, with an ocean view. The ocean is out to the right, and the in-ground pool is over to the left.There is a nice patio area with table and chairs as well as grassy areas beyond the patio and on the left side of the unit.

There is a public "bus" (actually a mini-van") available for public transportation

Effective June 1, 2018, CHECK IN Time is 4:00 pm and CHECK OUT Time is 10:00 am.

A start-up amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and a laundry pod is provided to get your stay started. There is a grocery market nearby where you can purchase any additional items as needed. Also, towels and rags are provided that correlates to the number of renters. Wash towels as needed. There are also 8 colorful towels stored at the patio door for your use at the beach.
