Huge Porch! 3Bedroom-Oceanfront Condo

You will be impressed by our beautiful 3 bedroom condo situated steps from the amazing crystal blue waters of Seven Mile Beach. The convenient beach access to coral reefs located a short distance offshore provides excellent snorkeling without leaving the condo. Do you have a large group? We have another condo right next door, which makes it great for large families/groups. Inside you will find granite counter tops, stainless appliances, a full array of kitchen gear including a standing mixer, blender, coffee pot, toaster etc. There are 3 flat screen TV's, two of which have cable, and all have a dvd/vcr machine. The walls are decorated with beautiful artwork by local artists. There are 2 king size beds and queen bed, all very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Outside, enjoy the spacious oceanfront patio with a dining table and plenty of seating. A variety of shops and restaurants are in close proximity, as well as a grocery store. Enjoy 3 swimming pools on property, including a wading pool for small children, whirlpool, and swim up bar and restaurant. Snorkel and explore under the water and see all different varieties of tropical fish and sea life Cayman has to offer. A variety of water sports are available near the condo including para sailing, jet skiing, canoeing, scuba and more.

Wonderful view.

Near everything, airport, grocery, restaurants, activities and entertainments. Safe beach for everybody. The pool and the pool bar are a plus. The sunset unbelievable. The only negative point is that they should update the bathrooms in the condo. The housekeeper Jennifer and her team are very helpfull always smiling. The owners let us lots of informations and were easy to rejoin.

We had a great stay. It’s a beautiful condo with a great view! The beach and property were maintained well and were relatively quiet. Beach chairs were plentiful. It was an easy walk to some stores and restaurants. We had a couple of minor issues during or stay. The owner was very responsive and they were easily resolved. I highly recommend and would love to return some day.

Fantastic location, oceanfront. The large balcony is a huge bonus...loved drinking coffee out there every morning, and ending our day listening to the ocean waves. Comfy beds, beach towels provided, nice swimming pool with swim up bar that serves drinks and bar food, walkable to several restaurants.

We had the most wonderful stay in Grand Cayman! The location of this condo truly couldn't have been better. It was literally a 30 second walk to the beach and the condo location is close to so many great restaurants and shops around the island. We did have a rental car, but you could visit many places without. The condo itself was absolutely perfect for our family of five. Two adults and three teens. The beds were incredibly comfortable, including the sheets, pillows and comforters. The living room furniture was also very comfortable after a long day at the beach, or out exploring. The a/c worked great, which we definitely appreciated. Having cable tv was a nice bonus for morning news or an evening movie. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Coffee maker, blender, ice machine in the fridge, pots and pans, and plenty of dishes and silverware. We loved having access to a washer and dryer - such a huge help on a beach vacation. There were plenty of towels available, which made beach days and showers so convenient. One of our favorite features was the amazing patio. We spent so much time out there enjoying the Cayman breeze and watching the sunsets every evening. We even saw a full rainbow one morning which was so beautiful. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Grand Cayman!

We loved the beach front ocean view condo unit with plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids, walking distance to coffee shop and grocery and onsite pub like restaurant. The beach at sunset cove is very very special and property is family friendly. The unit had all the necessary amenities and all questions were answered in a timely fashion.

This condo was immaculate and well stocked! We were delighted with the size of the rooms and the balcony. The beach access is easy and accompanying pool/hot tub areas are well maintained. We had one small issue which was resolved immediately - could not have had a better stay. Note: PLENTY of restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, etc within walkable distance; you do NOT need a car in this location to do most anything. We even grocery shopped at Foster's and carried it back. Ideal spot for our family of 6 to enjoy the Christmas holiday! HIGHLY recommend!

This is a fantastic property! Everything was in great condition. The condo is i nicely decorated. The kitchen is very functional. Beds are very comfortable. We really appreciated the good AC in the unit.The view from the patio is priceless. Proximity to the beach was wonderful. This unit overlooks the beach so we spent a lot of time just looking at the beach. Sunsets are spectacular, You walk downstairs and you are on the pristine beach. Say hi to Brooklyn who works at the pool bar. She is lots of fun. We all will plan to go back to this complex in the future,

This property is wonderful! Sunset Cove has a nice pool with swim up bar and grill (Lazy Lizard). The beach is so nice with the special cove they created with the rocks. I could have stayed there all day! This is a very family friendly place. No crowds that we experienced and always felt safe. We enjoyed the food at the pool more than any other place we went for lunch or dinner. Surprising! We did enjoy a walk-to restaurant called Iona for breakfast and coffee drinks. Piccolino was also walkable and good for coffee and breakfast. Our group was 4 adults and 1 baby. Heidi went out of her way to provide a high chair and packnplay so we didn’t have to travel with those things. So kind! Everything was very clean and so enjoyable. Comfy beds! Good water pressure in bathrooms. I really don’t have any complaints or things we needed and didn’t have.We sure hope to return. We rented a car and that did take a couple days to get used to driving on left side !

Great location and beautiful unit and view!

He stayed with our three young adult children. Everyone had a great time. The view right on the beach is amazing. I sat outside just listening to the waves once everybody went to bed. So peaceful. The condo was very clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. The owner Heidi was very easy to communicate with. We were there with two other families and everyone had a great time. The pool bar was definitely a hit with the young adults. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

Absolutely loved this property. Location was excellent with great snorkeling straight out from beach. Pool was large with actual hot tub with is hard to find in Caribbean. Had one minor issue that was able to resolve quickly. Heidi responded within minutes even on a Saturday morning, great response. Beds were super comfortable and place cooled down nicely. Will definitely return

Fun in the Sun!

We had an amazing stay here! The condo had everything you could need, and the owner was very responsive when we had questions. We loved the complex, the view, the sound of the ocean, and the amazing sunsets. The complex wasn’t crowded at all. We never had to fight for chairs at the ocean or at the pool. We loved using the floaties in the cove - relaxing and the cove was great for the young kids to play in..

Amazing location with beautiful sunset views. Comfortable beds and clean/updated unit. Plenty of room. Love that it had full sized washer and dryer. Thank you. We visit 2-3 times a year and will definitely stay here again.

Nice condo for a family

We stayed this summer with our two boys. The condo is in a great location and had everything we needed. Loved the proximately to the pool and beach. Beach at sunset cove had plenty of chairs and was never crowded. Pool was nice and we liked that we could order food and drinks at the pool bar.

Great location

Property is very nice with a great place to snorkel. Condo was acceptably clean but could use a deep clean. Some minor maintenance is needed on the gutters. Nice furniture and appliances. Liked that they put a tub of water outside the door to rinse feet off before entering. I would rent this unit again. Our only real complaint was not being able to take long walks on the beach due to erosion.

Perfect stay for families

This property was perfect. It was well stocked with kitchen products and extras. The laundry facility is key and the linens and towels lightened what we had to pack. We love the condo, porch, and cove. Easy snorkeling, right on the bus line, and food close enough to walk to made the location great. Heidi was great and responded to everything we needed! Awesome!!!

Loved this property!

Despite Hurricane Beryl, our family had a wonderful time. This was the perfect location to weather out the storm. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay and vacation. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to the pool. We will definitely revisit!
