Excellent apartment and location, as per other reviews. Bottom floor is restaurants, businesses, grocery ... very convenient, no noise or distractions from that. Upper two floors are apartments. It is a very short walk to 7 mile beach, 2 minutes and good overall location. Had everything we needed.
