High Mountain Mist - A Beautiful 4 Bedroom Cabin in Starr Crest Resort w/ Hot Tub and Pool Table!

High Mountain Mist is a luxurious four-bedroom cabin located in Starr Crest Resort. This beautiful cabin is the perfect retreat for all types of getaways including family vacations, honeymoons, and anniversaries. High Mountain Mist sleeps 14 guests with five king beds, twin bunk bed, a futon, and four bathrooms. High Mountain Mist lives up to its name with its spectacular views of Mt. Leconte which can be enjoyed from all three decks. Guests can take in these views from the rocking chairs, porch swings, and hot tub. Inside, the living room is a relaxing space to fellowship, share stories around the beautiful stone electric fireplace, and watch movies on the large flat-screen TV. The fully furnished, generously stocked, NEWLY REMODELED 2024 KITCHEN, allows guests to create delicious meals. We have new hickory cabinets, black cosmic granite countertops, soft-close drawers and doors, and a double oven. Dining areas allow for eating inside or outside. High Mountain Mist provides plenty of entertainment for the whole family with four flat-screen TVs and a game room with a pool table, air hockey, and a 60-game-in-one arcade system. High Mountain Mist is only six miles from Dollywood Theme Park and Dollywood's Splash Country water park. When Dollywood Park is open, listen for the train whistle, and when the fireworks start during the summer months you can see them from the front porch of the cabin! Also, the cabin is just minutes away from other area attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Feel free also to enjoy the resort's seasonal (mid May - mid/late Sept) community pool, pavilion, and playground.

Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. The view in this cabin was spectacular! We like to come for the hikes and enjoy the hot tub after. A few days of our stay were rainy and we missed out on some hikes, but we didn’t feel like we missed out on much because the view from the 3 balconies was so impressive on its own! There is tons of space and the beds are so comfortable! The downstairs bedrooms are set apart from the house kind of a basement level so you can have privacy from the kids if you put them down there and the main level bedroom was perfect. It was private, yet easily accessible. The upstairs bedroom would have you waking up to 180 degree views of the mountains, however we chose the main floor as it had the same big tub as the top floor, but we had more privacy because the top floor is open with a balcony over the living room. The drive up wasn’t as hard as our last cabin we stayed in. The roads were less scary and more wide with railings on the side. We are so glad we booked our stay here and will likely choose it on our next trip. We loved it so much we extended our stay twice lol. Book it! You won’t be disappointed!

High Mountain Mist was the perfect place for our impromptu family trip. The 3 separate floors of bedrooms and bathrooms provide tons of space for families to spread out and have privacy, and the kingsized beds were a huge plus. The kids loved the air hockey table, pool table, and gaming console. The mountain views from the back porches (especially the top floor) are stellar. We really liked the location because the roads were easy to navigate and it was a great balance between a neighborhood setting and still feeling like we were immersed in nature. There’s a large, shy groundhog that lives on the back side of the hill - my kids named it Pigeon Forge Paul and we had fun trying to sneak out onto the porches to catch glimpses of it eating! Would definitely stay again on our next visit to the area

Wonderful cabin with every amenity you could ask for. You do not need to bring anything with you. Kitchen was fully stocked, even a crockpot and electric griddle. Beautiful views and you can see Dollywood from the upper deck. Management answered all questions quickly. Will definitely be back. We miss it already

Spacious cabin with fantastic views

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin over spring break. The cabin is updated, clean and very comfortable with plenty of room for a large group. Our kids loved the pool table, air hockey and arcade game. The neighborhood was quiet and views were amazing!

Our stay at the High Mountain Mist was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly responsive—when we called with a small request, they addressed it immediately, making us feel well taken care of.The cabin itself is stunning, with the most breathtaking view from the (3) patios. The surrounding area felt very safe, offering a perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Despite being tucked away in a serene setting, the cabin is still close to the square, which made quick trips for groceries or other essentials incredibly easy.The space is exactly as advertised—it comfortably accommodated all 14 of us without feeling crowded. Every detail, from the spacious layout to the thoughtful amenities, made it clear this is a place designed for guests to relax and enjoy.If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-equipped, and conveniently located cabin, I can’t recommend the Red Door Cabin enough. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great stay, beautiful cabin!

We loved this cabin! Tons of room for our extended family to spread out. The kids loved the game room in the loft as well as the hot tub. We also enjoyed the area pool and playground. Very clean, would definitely stay here again!
