Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is great. Lots of space inside and out. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the furnishings are very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need plus lots of extras.
We have stayed at Frank's properties four times and already booked for 2025.

Exceptional And Quiet Location Near All Area Attractions
Publié le 21 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was immaculate, luxurious, spacious, and provided our family of four adults and two pets with everything needed for our one week perfect stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze The host, who lives next to the rental property, was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing necessary modifications and access to address my handicapped needs. Linens and cookware were all provided, and the kitchen and all the bathrooms were amazing! The shared high ceiling open concept main kitchen/family room was huge, and the large screen TV with Spectrum internet service provided lots of choices for family viewing entertainment and fast speed internet connection to check mail, get directions, or research nearby restaurants and attractions. The large deck off the family room and master bedroom provided a northwest view of nearby mountains.
The location is in a quiet rural residential area that is less than 20 minutes from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, a half hour from Gatlinburg and Sugarlands Visitor Center in The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and an hour from Knoxville. Cades Cove is a hour away and Cherokee, NC is 90 minutes away. Book early and plan to stay a while as this heavenly gem is exactly as shown in the listing photos and will not disappoint!

Close to town but feels like you are in the mountains!

As we are getting older, finding a place that is all one level and with walk in showers is becoming difficult. Frank's home was perfect for our needs. It's so peaceful and quiet and just minutes to the outlet mall, and restaurants. We loved all the little extras from the hair products to the spices in the pantry. We have already booked again with Frank for next year!

Spring Break
Publié le 7 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpent spring break with our 3 young kids at Dollywood. This was the PERFECT set up for us and the place was great! The owner was beyond helpful and quick to respond and the place was easy to get to anywhere we needed to go. The beautiful Mountain View from the porch was a bonus to the great stay!
