Great location- otherwise terrible experience.
Posted May 7, 2024 on HomeAwayThis was the worst rental I have had, to the point that we left a night early. The rental was so hot, it had an awful smell, the dryer shrank our clothing and we had a cockroach in our room. The bed was also incredibly itchy. The owner was to call us back with help with the dryer and never did. The location was amazing, but not worth it.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience with the accommodation. No wonder it was the rental hot, because you had the heating on instead the air conditioning. Heating that you leave on, the day you left because you took with you the remote control of the AC. You had a House Manual with all the instructions for all the appliances of the house, but as you said , you didn’t want to read the Manual. Nobody has had a problem with the dryer or the heating/ AC before , but they read the instructions before using the different elements.

Clean loft in center

Posted Oct. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayProperty is very clean and cozy with a loft bedroom. Located close to all major tourist spots and in close proximity to retail, restaurants and transit. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this propery.

Lovely loft in a perfect location
Posted Apr. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayWonderful location to experience Semana Santa in Seville. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the chocolates on the bed and the coffee and tea that was available. Even a bottle of water in the fridge! Communication was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about the loft. Would love to visit again in the future.
