Tous conforts, proximité de tout. 30 minutes de l’aeroport. Soutien (perte de bagage par la compagnie aerienne), conseils et assistance du gerant exceptionnels.
Ne pas hésiter une seule seconde à reserver.

Excellent appartement au coeur de la ville
Publié le 27 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayNous avons eu plaisir à loger dans cet appartement durant 10 jours. La disposition des pièces est très bien conçue. Il est propre et très bien situé puisque l'essentiel des sorties peuvent se faire à moins de 15 minutes à pied. Nous avons pris le bus seulement pour le parc Isla magica et la visite du site romain Italica, recommandé avec pertinence par notre hôte José Luis. Celui-ci s'est montré tout le long de notre séjour disponible et serviable. Bravo et merci. Franck, Audrey et Chloé.

Merci beaucoup Franck pour tes beaux mots. Rosa et moi nous sentons dépassés. Nous aimons toujours que nos hôtes se sentent chez eux.
Je profite de l'occasion pour vous remercier pour la façon dont vous avez été prudent, propre et bien rangé. L'agence de nettoyage m'a dit qu'il ne semblait pas que quelqu'un ait été dans l'appartement.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été accueilli par Rosa et Jose Luis qui nous ont fait visité l'appartement ainsi que les endroits à visiter et les endroits où sortir.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Publié le 22 oct. 2018 sur HomeAwayNous avons passé un excellent séjour à Séville et cet appartement a contribué à sa réussite. Il est situé dans une petite rue tranquille au centre de la ville. Il est moderne, confortable, bien conçu et bien entretenu…..et l'accueil était très agréable. Tout était réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Trip with friends for our 50th
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautifully furnished large 3 bedroomed penthouse apartment in the middle of the old town on Seville. Very well stocked flat with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Gorgeous location with all the main destinations within walking distance.
Lovely outdoor balcony with comfy relaxing furniture. Although central quiet at night in the flat.
Very helpful owner. Thoughtful milk, eggs, tea, coffee etc left ... stairs but lift available.
Highly recommend - perfect!

Perfect apartment, perfect hosts!

We are also able to rent it for 4 nights on our way back before flying home. We are loving Portugal - it will make leaving much easier knowing we have the Seville apartment to look forward to. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in a great location. Exploring during the day, relaxing with wine on the great terrace before heading back out for delicious food. Heaven! The host was always available and there was no any problem with communicating. If you’re visiting Seville we cannot recommend enough this apartment! Thank you José Luis and Rosa for everything!

The owner kept in regular contact and provided a lot of useful information that made our stay easy.
Highly recommended for sightseeing in Seville.

Every care given to guests' comfort

Unfortunately we didn't meet José and Rosa as we would have liked to thank them personally for all the thoughtful touches...masking and parcel tape?! Yes they were there in the drawer. It was a great and quiet place to hide from the heat and hordes. Highly recommended for comfort, communications and location.
