not good experience

staff was nice and polite, however, there was trash in trash bin left; then I found there're hairs on sheets, seem like hadn't been changed. I asked to replace those thins. Next, after showering in the evening, I found that there was no hair dryer, and I called to know that I could not get it until the next day when the staff went to work, so I had to spend the night with my hair wet.

Apologies we weren't able to meet expectations; as a smaller property we don't have 24 lobby staffing thus sometimes the on-property staff isn't available in the very late hours or is asleep overnight and unable to assist outside of emergencies, we may have 24 hour staffing in the future however. We will leave items, such as hairdryers, accessible in the future. Thank you again for staying with us and we wish you safe travels.

Decent Stay in a Convenient Location

When I was looking for a place to stay, I was coming off of a cruise ship so I wanted something close to the cruise terminal and railroad (since I was headed to Anchorage a few days later). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The initial appearance reminded me of the Bates Motel and the patterns in the room didn’t all match (first world problems I know). However, the location was important, I was able to get a decent night sleep and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. There was also a microwave and fridge in the room. The floors and comforter were a little dirty, along with the fridge and microwave but I didn’t use those appliances. Overall, I was happy with my stay.
