Staff is nice , hotel is clean every where . Close to a lot o restaurant

The hotel is located in the city center. Shopping centers are closed by. Staffs are very friendly. I had trouble getting wi-fi connected and a friendly staff help me get a connection right away.

The staff were very professional and could converse in English. We requested for late checkout and airport transfer, it was promptly arranged and our request was acceded to. We asked for directions and the staff were very helpful in guiding us. The staff, Mr Cabin Wu, who was in charge of airport transfers and luggage were very attentive to our requests. He was super efficient in processing our requests. This beautiful hotel has helped made our stay at Shantou a memorable one! Well done staff at Shantou Junhua Haiyi Hotel!
