Only issue we had was that our key cards kept becoming inactive in spite of keeping them away from our phones etc. had the get them reset three times in two days

Only stay here if you want to be taxed twice
Publié le 7 mars 2024 sur HotelsAfter leaving the hotel I received a notification that my credit card had been charged for the room. I had already paid through the app. So I called to tell them. They said they would get it taken off. Then I received another charge. So I called them to ask what it was for. They said it was for tax, even though I was charged tax also through the app. They said they don’t get paid for the tax from hotels.com. So I was charged tax twice. I also had to call 6 times before they answered the phone. I asked for my itinerary number to send an email to their corporate office and the number they gave me didn’t work.
Also the shower would not drain. The breakfast was terrible.
