Staff was nice. Refrigerator was not working on check-in, and it was replaced. Room very clean. We were supposed to get a continental breakfast with Expedia room reservation , and the hotel gave us a difficult time receiving this. Several employees on site gave my 85yr old companion a hard time, so much so, that we decided to just forget it. We were just turned off, after that.

I booked the hotel because of the hot tub and pool. Also I paid extra for continental breakfast. The hot tub was under construction and not usable on the night we stayed. I paid extra for the continental breakfast and there wasn't any. Sad! The hotel was very clean and the customer service at the front desk was amazing!
