Amazing hotel with an beautiful view in every room. Onsen is very good and clean. Need a car to go there from Tonosho port. They have an amazing pool during summer time.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Really good stay. Very helpful staff at check-in desk assisted with bus and boat times. Breakfast good, and good value. Excellent Onsen. Dinner options in hotel a little limited although staff helped find a restaurant nearby.

All great except for the food

The hotel is a little old and could do with some renovations. Otherwise the room is very comfy and has a fantastic view. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The onsen was great. The only downside is the food - our reservation included dinner and we were expecting a traditional Japanese set dinner (similar to what we usually get for this type of hotel) but instead we got a cheap buffet which the hotel had for the big tour groups ... and inadequate refills. Same goes with breakfast! That smeared all the good points for this hotel .....

Our favourite Onsen hotel in the area. Extremely good value for money, excellent service and facilities and totally relaxing. Very convenient for the art islands and if you live in or near Kobe.

設備そのものは古いけど、清掃が行き届いており快適に過ごせた。駐車場は予約しておいたが到着時にスタッフが出迎えしてくれ誘導もスムーズ。 温泉大浴場（サウナ付）もあって、十分くつろぐことができた。窓からの景色も良い。 朝食バイキングも和洋と地元食材組み合わせで美味しかった。

2泊3日滞在、ベッドの部屋にしたが作りが古い為ベッド周りにコンセントが無く不便だった。 畳の小上がりがあるが、段差があるのでそこでゆっくりすることが無かった。テレビがベッドの前なのも畳にいかない原因だと思う。 初日夜の露天風呂は何処からか醤油の香りがした。 朝、露天風呂に行ったら鳩が行水していて入るのをやめた。おそらく習慣的に鳩がいるんでしょうね…
