Unwind in new luxury! This new build home boasts all new mattresses, linens and more. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen including a crock pot, mixer and brand new grill out back as well! 2 king size beds with 55 inch smart TVs means no fighting over the big bed or TV! Both rooms have USB port bedside lamps. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and games and toys to keep the littles entertained. Pack light for the baby with the provided pack and play (bring your own sheet) and high chair (both stored in primary closet). All bedrooms have room-darkening Roman shades to promote a great night sleep. Fans in every room and central AC & heat will keep you comfortable year round.
Family room has a 65 inch smart TV and a brand new comfy sectional.
1 mile to Bertie’s and The House, great central location near downtown and a large network of mountain bike trails, just a few miles to Fools Hollow and Show Low Lakes.
2 car garage available for guest use- there is no on-street parking permitted. No pets or smoking allowed. Bring your own streaming logins.

We stayed here over New Years Eve week and it was perfect. The house is brand new and had everything you needed to be comfortable. They even had all of the little things you wouldn't think you need. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

The new build was incredibly clean and airy, and the interior decor was aesthetically soothing...minimalistic, open, and thoughtfully designed. It was exactly what we were looking for and perfectly supported the intention of our trip, a true reset.We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Kristen was kind, friendly, & prompt in all communication, which made the experience seamless from start to finish. My husband & I made great use of the kitchen, which was well-stocked, organized, and a pleasure to cook in.There is nothing we would change about our stay—other than wishing we could have stayed longer! Peaceful back yard; Clean and Convenient Location

Our daughter, husband, and grands spent July 4th week with us. The layout of the home's interior is nice with a master on one side (grandparents' claimed it!) and kids' bedroom, parents' bedroom on the other with bathroom in between the bedrooms. The open layout of the kitchen and family room were great for making memories as we played games. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and a crock pot and toaster. There were toys for the little kids, however, not a lot for the 12 & 13-year-old to do. They did enjoy Porter Stables nearby for horseback riding and Show Low City Park. It was close to everything in town and not far from Pinetop. Everything was clean and it is a peaceful setting. The host was very responsive. We had a great time! Thank you!
