Great hotel in Shymkent, Kazakhstan

The room is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel staff speaks English well and is very helpful. This 3-star hotel is better than some 4-star hotels that I stayed in the US and Europe.

Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HotelsHad a great stay for couple of nights. Spacious room. Helpful staffs always willing to help you. Room rates inc breakfast had everything I need. Did not expect this quality of service and huge room with breakfast.
Room has a balcony. Located in the city but not on the main road keeps room very quiet.
